The easiest way is WhatsApp: +44 7822 013651. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, so the time can be offered to another client.Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the ritual price. I understand that life happens, so if something urgent comes up, please just let me know as soon as you can, and we'll work it out.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese practice that works with the body's own energy. You stay fully clothed, resting on a comfortable treatment bed, and I place my hands lightly on or just above different points on the body. It's often described as deeply calming. Most people feel warmth, a slow unwinding, a quiet that settles the mind. It's not massage and it's not medical treatment. It's a way of supporting your own capacity to rest and rebalance.
Anything comfortable. Soft, loose layers work well because most rituals involve you lying still for a while, so you want to feel warm and relaxed. For rituals that include Thai Foot Massage or Indian Head Massage, bare feet and hair pulled back are helpful. I'll let you know when you book which ritual you're having and what to bring.
We start with a short conversation, five to ten minutes, about how you're arriving and what you're hoping for. That helps me shape the ritual to what you actually need on the day, rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment. Then you rest on the treatment bed, fully clothed, under a light throw. I work with a combination of Reiki, crystals, gentle touch and scent depending on which ritual you've chosen.Afterwards there's a few minutes for water and a quiet chat before you head back out. Sessions run from 40 minutes to three hours depending on the ritual.
There's no fixed rule. Some clients come once a month for maintenance, some come weekly during a demanding phase of life, some come once and return a few months later when they feel they need it again.I usually suggest starting with one session, seeing how your body and mind respond, and letting that guide the rhythm from there.
Then this is a good place to start. Many of my clients come in for their very first holistic session, often at a point where rest alone isn't quite enough and they're looking for something that goes a little deeper. You don't need to know anything, believe anything, or arrive in a particular state. Just come as you are. I'll guide you through the whole thing. If you're unsure which ritual to choose, message me first and I'll help you pick.
A massage focuses mainly on muscle and physical tension. A Soulora ritual is broader. It weaves together therapeutic touch, energy work (Reiki), crystal therapy and sensory elements (scent, sound, personalised flower essences) into one experience. The intention is to work with body, mind and energy together, not just the physical layer. Most people leave feeling both physically lighter and mentally clearer.
